إن الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، برئاسة شخصنا المتواضع إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى الأمين العام أنوار حسن، تابعت الشبكة عن كثب وبكل مسؤولية ما جرى ويجري من محاولات يائسة ودنيئة لزرع البلبلة داخل أقاليمنا الجنوبية من طرف أيادٍ خفية مرتبطة بمخابرات النظام الجزائري، التي عمدت عبر عناصر انفصالية من جبهة البوليزاريو إلى التسلل وسط شبابنا المغربي بهويات مضللة، بهدف غسل العقول وزرع الشك في نفوس الصحراويين الأحرار، ومحاولة ربط مطالب اجتماعية مشروعة بشعارات سياسية وهمية.
لكن الخطة باءت بالفشل الذريع، بفضل:
يقظة الأجهزة الأمنية المغربية التي تعاملت بحنكة وحزم مع هذه التحركات المشبوهة.
وعي الشباب الصحراوي المغربي في مدن العيون، السمارة والداخلة، الذين أدركوا مكائد النظام الجزائري وأفشلوا رهانه على زرع الفتنة والانقسام.
وتؤكد الشبكة الوطنية أن الشعارات الانفصالية التي حاولت بعض الجهات تبنيها ما هي إلا أوهام مستوردة، سعت لاختراق الاحتجاجات السلمية حول قضايا الصحة والتعليم والشغل، في محاولة خبيثة لتوجيهها نحو خدمة أجندة أجنبية معادية للوحدة الترابية للمغرب.
إننا في الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان:
1. نرفع القبعة لشباب الصحراء المغربية الأحرار الذين أثبتوا أن الوطنية والوفاء للمغرب ملكاً وشعباً، أقوى من كل دسائس الجزائر ومناوراتها البئيسة.
2. نحذر الدولة المغربية من خطورة استمرار تسلل عناصر انفصالية وسط الاحتجاجات، وندعو إلى المزيد من الصرامة في حماية الأمن القومي والوحدة الوطنية.
3. نحمّل الحكومة المغربية الحالية المسؤولية السياسية والأخلاقية في تفاقم الأزمة الاجتماعية، نتيجة الوعود الكاذبة والإخفاق في تلبية المطالب المشروعة للمواطنين، خاصة في قطاعات الصحة والتعليم والتشغيل.
لقد ضاعت الثقة بين الشعب وحكومة الأغلبية، وصار واضحاً أن العودة إلى الحكم من طرف نفس الوجوه السياسية هي مغامرة قد تعصف بالوطن.
لذلك، تناشد الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان:
صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، بالتدخل العاجل عبر إقالة الحكومة بكاملها، وتعيين حكومة تصريف أعمال إلى غاية انتخابات 2026، من أجل إعادة الأمل للشعب المغربي وبناء الثقة من جديد بين المواطن ومؤسسات الدولة.
حفظ الله المغرب موحداً، صامداً، حراً وأبياً.

Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme : La vigilance des Sahraouis a déjoué le plan subversif de l’Algérie.
Révélation du plan du Polisario : Le Réseau National exige la démission du gouvernement et le rétablissement de la confiance du peuple.
Le Réseau National : Les tentatives algériennes d’infiltrer la jeunesse du Sahara marocain ont échoué grâce à la conscience citoyenne.
Appel des droits de l’Homme : Non à la propagande algérienne… Oui à un gouvernement de compétences capable de redonner espoir aux Marocains.
Le Secrétaire Général Anoir Hassane : L’échec de l’agenda séparatiste prouve le patriotisme des Sahraouis et la sagesse de la sécurité nationale.
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme, présidé humblement par notre personne devant Dieu, le Secrétaire Général Anoir Hassane, a suivi de près et avec un sens aigu de responsabilité les tentatives viles et désespérées visant à semer le désordre dans nos provinces du Sud, fomentées par des mains invisibles liées aux services de renseignement du régime algérien.
Ce dernier, à travers des éléments séparatistes du Front Polisario, a cherché à s’infiltrer parmi notre jeunesse marocaine en usurpant de fausses identités, dans le but de manipuler les esprits, d’instiller le doute dans le cœur des Sahraouis libres, et de lier des revendications sociales légitimes à des slogans politiques fallacieux.
Cependant, ce plan a connu un échec cuisant grâce à :
La vigilance des services de sécurité marocains, qui ont traité avec fermeté et intelligence ces mouvements suspects.
La conscience des jeunes Sahraouis marocains dans les villes de Laâyoune, Smara et Dakhla, qui ont perçu les manœuvres du régime algérien et ont fait échouer son pari de semer la discorde et la division.
Le Réseau National affirme que les slogans séparatistes que certains ont tenté de brandir ne sont que des illusions importées, visant à détourner les protestations pacifiques portant sur des questions de santé, d’éducation et d’emploi, afin de les instrumentaliser au service d’un agenda étranger hostile à l’intégrité territoriale du Maroc.
Ainsi, le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme :
1. Salue la jeunesse libre du Sahara marocain, qui a démontré que le patriotisme et la loyauté envers le Maroc – Roi et peuple – sont plus forts que toutes les machinations et manœuvres misérables de l’Algérie.
2. Alerte l’État marocain sur le danger persistant de l’infiltration séparatiste dans les mouvements de protestation, et appelle à une vigilance accrue pour protéger la sécurité nationale et l’unité du pays.
3. Tient le gouvernement marocain actuel pour politiquement et moralement responsable de l’aggravation de la crise sociale, conséquence de promesses mensongères et de son incapacité à répondre aux revendications légitimes des citoyens, notamment dans les secteurs de la santé, de l’éducation et de l’emploi.
La confiance entre le peuple et le gouvernement majoritaire s’est effondrée. Il est désormais clair que le retour au pouvoir des mêmes visages politiques représente une aventure dangereuse pouvant mettre en péril la nation.
Par conséquent, le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme :
Appelle Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI, que Dieu l’assiste et le protège, à intervenir d’urgence pour limoger l’ensemble du gouvernement et nommer un gouvernement intérimaire jusqu’aux élections de 2026, afin de redonner espoir au peuple marocain et rétablir la confiance entre le citoyen et les institutions de l’État.
Que Dieu préserve le Maroc uni, résilient, libre et digne.

National Human Rights Network: The vigilance of the Sahrawis has thwarted Algeria’s subversive plan.
Exposure of the Polisario’s plot: The Network calls for the government’s resignation and the restoration of public trust.
The Network: Algeria’s attempts to infiltrate the youth of the Moroccan Sahara have failed thanks to citizens’ awareness.
Human Rights Appeal: No to Algerian disinformation… Yes to a competent government that restores hope to Moroccans.
Secretary General Anoir Hassane: The failure of the separatist agenda proves the patriotism of the Sahrawis and the wisdom of the national security services.
The National Human Rights Network, humbly presided over by myself before God Almighty, Secretary General Anoir Hassane, has closely and responsibly monitored the vile and desperate attempts to sow disorder in our southern provinces. These attempts were orchestrated by hidden hands linked to the intelligence services of the Algerian regime, which, through separatist elements of the Polisario Front, sought to infiltrate Moroccan youth under false identities in order to manipulate minds, plant doubt in the hearts of free Sahrawis, and connect legitimate social demands with false political slogans.
However, this plan ended in total failure thanks to:
The vigilance of the Moroccan security services, which handled these suspicious activities with firmness and wisdom.
The awareness of young Sahrawis in Laayoune, Smara, and Dakhla, who recognized Algeria’s schemes and thwarted its attempt to sow division and discord.
The Network affirms that the separatist slogans adopted by certain parties are nothing more than imported illusions, aimed at hijacking peaceful protests concerning health, education, and employment issues, and redirecting them to serve a foreign agenda hostile to Morocco’s territorial integrity.
Therefore, the National Human Rights Network:
1. Salutes the free youth of the Moroccan Sahara, who have shown that patriotism and loyalty to Morocco – King and people – are stronger than all of Algeria’s miserable plots and maneuvers.
2. Warns the Moroccan state of the persistent danger of separatist infiltration into protest movements, and calls for increased vigilance in protecting national security and unity.
3. Holds the current Moroccan government politically and morally responsible for the worsening social crisis, caused by false promises and its failure to address citizens’ legitimate demands, particularly in the health, education, and employment sectors.
The trust between the people and the ruling government has been lost. It is now clear that allowing the same political figures to return to power would be a dangerous gamble that could endanger the nation.
Accordingly, the National Human Rights Network:
Calls upon His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist and protect him, to urgently intervene by dismissing the entire government and appointing a caretaker government until the 2026 elections, in order to restore hope to the Moroccan people and rebuild trust between citizens and state institutions.
May God preserve Morocco united, resilient, free, and dignified.
