رسالة إلى المخابرات الجزائرية وأبواقها الإعلامية المأجورة: انتهت أسطورة البوليساريو، والمغرب في صحرائه والصحراء في مغربها
في ظل تصاعد الحملات الإعلامية المضللة التي تقودها أجهزة المخابرات الجزائرية عبر أبواقها الإعلامية المسخرة ضد المملكة المغربية، وما تشكله من إساءةٍ متعمدة لسيادة المغرب ووحدته الترابية، تُعلن الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان للرأي العام الوطني والدولي ما يلي
أولاً:
تدين الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بشدة كل الحملات العدائية الممنهجة التي تستهدف المغرب، دولةً وشعبًا ومؤسسات، عبر منصات إعلامية مأجورة تابعة للمخابرات الجزائرية، تسعى إلى خلق الفتنة وإشعال النزاعات القبلية وتشجيع الانفصال في الأقاليم الجنوبية للصحراء المغربية وبعض مناطق الريف المغربي، بذريعةٍ كاذبة تُسمى “تقرير المصير”.
إنّ من يرفع شعار تقرير المصير في الخارج، بينما يقمع الأمازيغ والقبائل داخل بلاده، هو آخر من يحق له التحدث باسم الشعوب.
فالجزائر نفسها تزخر بشعبٍ كريمٍ محرومٍ من حقوقه الأساسية في التنمية والحرية، بينما تُهدر ثرواته على تمويل الانفصال والإرهاب.
ثانياً:
ترحّب الشبكة بالموقف الصريح الذي صدر عن جمعية الأمم المتحدة، القاضي بتصنيف جبهة البوليساريو كتنظيمٍ إرهابيٍّ مسلح، مسؤول عن ارتكاب جرائم جسيمة داخل مخيمات تندوف، من اغتصابٍ للنساء، وتجنيدٍ قسريٍ للأطفال، والاتجار في المساعدات الإنسانية وتحويلها إلى تمويلٍ عسكريٍّ عبر الأراضي الجزائرية.
هذا القرار الأممي أنهى نهائياً أكذوبة “الجمهورية الصحراوية الوهمية”، وأسقط القناع عن النظام الجزائري الذي اتخذ من هذه العصابة ذراعاً لتصفية حساباته السياسية مع المغرب، على حساب الشعب الجزائري الشقيق الذي يرزح تحت وطأة الفقر والتضليل الإعلامي.
ثالثاً:
تعتبر الشبكة أن المخابرات الجزائرية وأذرعها الإعلامية تتحمل مسؤولية مباشرة في تغذية الكراهية والتحريض على العنف والانفصال، في خرقٍ صارخٍ لمبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وبناءً على ذلك، تطالب الشبكة بـما يلي:
1. فتح تحقيقٍ دولي في تمويل وتسليح تنظيم إرهابي يُدعى “البوليساريو”.
2. متابعة قضائية أمام الهيئات الأممية المختصة ضد كل من يساهم إعلاميًا أو سياسيًا في التحريض على المسّ بأمن واستقرار المملكة المغربية.
3- إدراج وسائل الإعلام الجزائرية المتورطة في حملات الكراهية ضمن لوائح المنابر التي تخرق أخلاقيات العمل الصحفي وحقوق الإنسان.
4. دعوة مجلس حقوق الإنسان بجنيف إلى مراقبة الوضع الإنساني في مخيمات تندوف، التي تُدار خارج أي رقابة قانونية أو إنسانية.
رابعاً:
تُشيد الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالدبلوماسية المغربية الرصينة، بقيادة جلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، التي استطاعت أن تُعيد بناء صورة المغرب كقوةٍ إقليميةٍ مسؤولةٍ تدافع عن السلام، وتواجه الإرهاب بالفكر، والعدوان بالحكمة، وتُؤمن بأن الوحدة الترابية ليست موضوع تفاوضٍ، بل حقيقة تاريخية راسخة في وجدان الأمة المغربية.
خامساً:
تُحذر الشبكة من استمرار النظام الجزائري في تبني سياسات عدائية ضد المغرب ودعم البوليزاريو وجبهة مسلحة خارجة عن الشرعية الدولية، لما لذلك من خطرٍ مباشر على الأمن والسلم الإقليمي والدولي.
كما تُدين الشبكة استخدام الثروات الوطنية الجزائرية في تمويل ميليشية المرتزقة بمخيم تندوف بدل تحسين معيشة الشعب الجزائري، الذي يستحق أن يعيش بكرامة لا أن يُستغل كوقودٍ لمعارك سياسية خاسرة.
سادساً:
تدعو الشبكة جميع المنابر الإعلامية الوطنية والدولية إلى الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية في تغطية ملف الصحراء المغربية، وتجنّب السقوط في فخ الدعاية المغرضة التي تصنعها المخابرات الجزائرية لخدمة أجنداتٍ استعماريةٍ قديمة.
كما تذكّر بأن الحق المغربي في صحرائه مؤكدٌ تاريخيًا وقانونيًا وسياسيًا، ولا يمكن لأي تلاعبٍ إعلامي أو تمويلٍ خارجي أن يُغيّر من هذه الحقيقة الراسخة.
سابعاً:
ختامًا، تؤكد الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان أن المغرب وطنٌ غفورٌ رحيم، يمد يده لكل من يراجع مواقفه ويختار طريق الأخوة والمصالحة، لكنه لن يتسامح مع من خان العهد وخان الدم المشترك بين الشعبين الشقيقين.

عاشت الصحراء المغربية داخل وطنها المغرب، وعاش المغرب داخل صحرائه المغربية
ولا عاش من خان الملك والوطن والإخاء العربي والإسلامي.

La Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme appelle les Nations Unies à poursuivre l’Algérie en justice pour son soutien au terrorisme séparatiste et réaffirme :
Le Sahara est marocain et la souveraineté est un droit légitime du Royaume du Maroc.
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme : La légende du Polisario est terminée… Les services secrets algériens sont désormais dans la ligne de mire du droit international après leur échec à gagner la confiance de la communauté internationale.

Message aux services secrets algériens et à leurs médias mercenaires :
La légende du Polisario est terminée. Le Maroc est dans son Sahara, et le Sahara est dans son Maroc.
Face à l’escalade des campagnes médiatiques mensongères orchestrées par les services secrets algériens et leurs médias instrumentalisés contre le Royaume du Maroc, le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme informe l’opinion publique nationale et internationale de ce qui suit :
Le Réseau condamne fermement toutes les campagnes hostiles et planifiées visant le Maroc — État, peuple et institutions — à travers des médias algériens manipulés cherchant à semer la discorde, encourager le séparatisme dans les provinces du Sud et attiser les tensions tribales sous le faux prétexte de “l’autodétermination”.
Celui qui prêche “l’autodétermination” à l’étranger tout en réprimant les Kabyles et les Amazighs chez lui, est le dernier à pouvoir parler au nom des peuples.
L’Algérie est un pays riche de son peuple, mais privé de ses droits fondamentaux, tandis que ses richesses sont gaspillées pour financer le séparatisme et le terrorisme.
Le Réseau salue la position claire des Nations Unies ayant classé le Polisario comme une organisation terroriste armée responsable de crimes graves dans les camps de Tindouf : viols de femmes, enrôlement forcé d’enfants, trafic de l’aide humanitaire et financement militaire via le territoire algérien.
Cette décision onusienne met définitivement fin au mythe de la “République sahraouie fictive” et dévoile le régime algérien qui utilise cette milice pour régler ses différends politiques avec le Maroc, au détriment du peuple algérien opprimé.
Le Réseau considère les services secrets et les médias algériens comme directement responsables de la propagation de la haine et de l’incitation à la violence, en violation flagrante de la Charte des Nations Unies et du droit international humanitaire.
En conséquence, le Réseau demande :
L’ouverture d’une enquête internationale sur le financement et l’armement du groupe terroriste “Polisario”.
Des poursuites devant les instances onusiennes contre toute personne ou média incitant à la haine envers le Maroc.
L’inscription des médias algériens impliqués sur la liste noire des organes violant la déontologie journalistique et les droits de l’homme.
La surveillance par le Conseil des Droits de l’Homme à Genève de la situation humanitaire dans les camps de Tindouf, qui échappent à tout contrôle légal.
Le Réseau salue la diplomatie marocaine sage, conduite par Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI — que Dieu l’assiste — qui a restauré l’image d’un Maroc fort, pacifique et responsable, défendant son intégrité territoriale avec sagesse et conviction.
Le Réseau met en garde contre la poursuite par le régime algérien de politiques hostiles et de soutien à une organisation armée illégale, ce qui menace directement la paix et la sécurité régionales et internationales.
Il dénonce également l’utilisation des richesses nationales algériennes pour financer les milices de Tindouf au lieu d’améliorer les conditions de vie du peuple algérien frère.
Le Réseau appelle les médias à respecter l’éthique journalistique dans la couverture de la question du Sahara marocain et à éviter la désinformation fabriquée par les services secrets algériens.
Le droit du Maroc sur son Sahara est confirmé historiquement, juridiquement et politiquement, et aucune propagande ne pourra l’effacer.
Enfin, le Réseau rappelle que le Maroc est un pays de pardon et de fraternité, tendant la main à ceux qui choisissent la réconciliation, mais ferme envers ceux qui trahissent le Roi, la patrie et la fraternité arabe et islamique.
La vérité triomphe toujours.
Vive le Sahara marocain dans son Maroc, et vive le Maroc dans son Sahara.

Message to Algerian intelligence and its paid media outlets:
The Polisario myth is over. Morocco is in its Sahara, and the Sahara is in its Morocco.
Amid the escalation of misleading propaganda orchestrated by Algerian intelligence and its media proxies against the Kingdom of Morocco, the National Network for Human Rights declares the following to national and international public opinion:
The Network strongly condemns all hostile and coordinated campaigns targeting Morocco—its State, people, and institutions—through Algerian propaganda media that aim to sow division, ignite tribal conflicts, and promote separatism in the southern provinces of the Moroccan Sahara under the false slogan of “self-determination.”
Whoever preaches “self-determination” abroad while oppressing the Kabyle and Amazigh people at home is the least qualified to speak for any nation.
Algeria’s people are noble but deprived of basic rights, while their wealth is squandered on funding separatism and terrorism.
The Network welcomes the United Nations’ clear stance classifying the Polisario Front as an armed terrorist organization responsible for serious crimes in the Tindouf camps, including rape, child soldier recruitment, and trafficking of humanitarian aid for military purposes through Algerian territory.
This UN decision has permanently ended the myth of the “so-called Sahrawi Republic” and exposed the Algerian regime’s manipulation of this militia to settle political disputes with Morocco, at the expense of the suffering Algerian people.
The Network holds Algerian intelligence and its media arms directly responsible for spreading hatred and inciting violence and separatism, in blatant violation of the UN Charter and international humanitarian law.
Accordingly, the Network demands:
An international investigation into the funding and arming of the terrorist group known as “Polisario.”
Legal prosecution before UN bodies of all individuals or entities involved in inciting hostility toward Morocco.
The inclusion of implicated Algerian media outlets on the blacklist of platforms violating journalism ethics and human rights.
Monitoring by the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva of the humanitarian situation in the Tindouf camps, which operate outside any legal oversight.
The Network commends Morocco’s wise diplomacy, led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI — may God assist him — which has rebuilt Morocco’s image as a responsible regional power that defends peace, confronts terrorism with intellect, and asserts that territorial integrity is not a subject for negotiation but a historical truth rooted in the Moroccan nation.
The Network warns against the continued hostile policies of the Algerian regime and its support for the illegal armed group Polisario, which pose a direct threat to regional and international peace and security.
It also denounces the misuse of Algeria’s national wealth to fund mercenary militias in the Tindouf camps instead of improving the living conditions of the Algerian people.
The Network calls on all national and international media to adhere to journalistic ethics in covering the Moroccan Sahara issue and to avoid falling into the trap of Algerian propaganda serving outdated colonial agendas.
Morocco’s right over its Sahara is historically, legally, and politically established — no media manipulation or foreign funding can alter this fact.
Finally, the Network reaffirms that Morocco is a forgiving and brotherly nation, extending its hand to those who choose reconciliation, but it will not tolerate betrayal of the King, the homeland, or Arab and Islamic unity.
Truth stands above all.
