الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان
“الله – الوطن – الملك”
تتابع الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، بقلق بالغ، ما جرى في عدد من المدن المغربية من أعمال تخريب وإضرام للنار وإتلاف الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، ومحاولات خطيرة للهجوم على مراكز أمنية ودركية، وتكسير سيارات ودراجات نارية تابعة للأمن الوطني.
وفي الوقت الذي تعبّر فيه الشبكة عن إدانتها الصريحة لكل أشكال الفوضى والعنف، فإنها تدعو في المقابل الجيل المغربي الجديد (جيل Z) إلى التحلي بروح السلمية والوعي الوطني، والاحتجاج في إطار القانون وبما يحفظ أمن الوطن واستقراره.
إن ما وقع من تغرير بعدد من القاصرين والشباب واستغلال غضبهم الاجتماعي من طرف جهات مشبوهة، بعضها مرتبط بمخابرات الجزائر وجبهة البوليساريو، يشكّل مؤامرة واضحة ضد وحدة الوطن وتماسكه.
وقد حاولت هذه الجهات تحويل التظاهرات السلمية إلى أعمال عنف لإظهار صورة مغلوطة عن المغرب أمام الرأي العام الدولي.
لكن الشعب المغربي، بوعيه وإيمانه، أفشل تلك المخططات حين واجه الكراهية بالصلح، والفوضى بالعقل، مبرهناً أن المغربي الحر يظل وفياً لملكه ووطنه، رافضاً كل أشكال الخيانة والتخريب.
تؤكد الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان أن النيابة العامة المغربية، ورئاسة النيابة العامة المركزية بالرباط، قامت بعمل مسؤول في تتبع التحقيقات وإيداع المتورطين السجن بعد تحريات دقيقة وبصمات علمية دقيقة، دون ظلم أو تجاوز في حق أي مواطن.
وفي هذا السياق، نُسجت قصص مأساوية داخل بيوت أسر مغربية بسيطة، فقدت أبناءها بين قضبان السجن بسبب تغرير سياسي وإعلامي صنعته جهات معادية للوطن.
مسؤولية الحكومة:
تحمّل الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان الحكومة الحالية ووزير الصحة بالدرجة الأولى كامل المسؤولية في تفاقم الأوضاع الاجتماعية بسبب تجاهل مطالب الشعب، وانعدام التواصل، وسوء تدبير قطاعي الصحة والتعليم.
لقد صار المواطن المغربي يعيش يومياً معاناة الانتظار الطويل في المستشفيات، وغياب الأطباء، ونقص التجهيزات، حتى لُقّبت بعض المؤسسات الصحية بـ”مستشفيات الموت”، وهي مأساة لا تليق بمملكة عريقة رفع شعار حقوق الإنسان والكرامة.
رسالة إلى الشعب المغربي:
إن الحرية في التعبير حق مشروع، لكن الحرية لا تعني الفوضى، والاحتجاج السلمي يجب أن يكون وسيلة للتغيير لا مطية للأجندات الأجنبية.
وإذا كان جيل Z قد خرج بدافع الغضب على الواقع الاجتماعي، فإن وعيه المتجدد اليوم كفيل بتحويل هذا الغضب إلى طاقة إصلاح إيجابية تعيد الثقة بين المواطن والدولة.
خاتمة:
تؤكد الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان أن الحل الحقيقي يبدأ من:
إصلاح قطاعي الصحة والتعليم.
محاربة الفساد الإداري والسياسي.
محاسبة المسؤولين الفاشلين.
وتهيئة أرضية شفافة لانتخابات 2026 تكون نموذجاً في النزاهة والتجديد السياسي.
جيل Z اليوم عاق وفاهم، ولن تنطلي عليه خطط التضليل أو إعادة إنتاج حكومة فاشلة.
إنه جيل يريد مغرباً جديداً، مبنياً على العدل، والكرامة، والمواطنة الصادقة تحت راية واحدة:
الله، الوطن، الملك.

Communiqué national : Non au désordre… Oui à la réforme et à la reddition des comptes dans la santé et l’éducation
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme met en garde contre les manœuvres de l’Algérie et appelle au calme et à la sérénité.
Génération de la conscience, non du chaos : appel à la raison et à la sagesse.
Message au peuple marocain : la patrie est un dépôt sacré, le désordre n’est pas une solution.
Au nom de Dieu, le Clément, le Miséricordieux
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme (RNDH), fidèle à la devise Dieu – Patrie – Roi, suit avec une profonde inquiétude les récents actes de vandalisme, d’incendies volontaires, et de destruction de biens publics et privés dans plusieurs villes marocaines.
Des attaques ont même visé des postes de police et de gendarmerie, ainsi que des véhicules des forces de l’ordre.
Tout en condamnant fermement toute forme de violence et de désordre, le Réseau appelle la jeune génération marocaine (Génération Z) à faire preuve de calme, de civisme et de responsabilité nationale, et à exprimer ses revendications dans le cadre de la loi, pour préserver la sécurité et la stabilité du pays.
Le Réseau dénonce la manipulation de certains jeunes et mineurs par des groupes suspects, liés notamment à la propagande algérienne et au Front Polisario, cherchant à transformer des manifestations pacifiques en scènes de chaos pour ternir l’image du Maroc à l’international.
Cependant, le peuple marocain, par sa conscience et sa foi, a déjoué ces plans en répondant à la haine par la réconciliation, au désordre par la sagesse, prouvant ainsi sa fidélité au Roi et à la Nation.
Le Réseau salue le travail responsable et professionnel du Parquet général et de la Présidence du ministère public à Rabat, qui ont mené des enquêtes minutieuses et fondées sur des preuves scientifiques, sans injustice ni abus envers aucun citoyen.
Responsabilité du gouvernement :
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme tient le gouvernement actuel et le ministre de la Santé principalement responsables de la détérioration du climat social, en raison du mépris des revendications populaires, de l’absence de dialogue, et de la mauvaise gestion des secteurs de la santé et de l’éducation.
Les Marocains endurent des attentes interminables dans les hôpitaux, un manque criant de médecins et d’équipements, au point que certaines structures sont désormais surnommées « hôpitaux de la mort » — une tragédie indigne d’un Royaume qui a toujours défendu la dignité humaine.
Message au peuple marocain :
La liberté d’expression est un droit légitime, mais elle ne doit pas conduire au désordre.
La protestation pacifique doit rester un outil de réforme et non un instrument des agendas étrangers.
Si la Génération Z est sortie dans la rue poussée par la colère sociale, elle doit aujourd’hui transformer cette énergie en force constructive pour rétablir la confiance entre citoyens et institutions.
Conclusion :
Le Réseau National des Droits de l’Homme affirme que la véritable solution passe par :
La réforme urgente des secteurs de la santé et de l’éducation ;
La lutte contre la corruption administrative et politique ;
La reddition des comptes pour les responsables incompétents ;
La préparation d’élections 2026 transparentes et exemplaires.
La Génération Z est désormais lucide et consciente, refusant toute manipulation ou reproduction d’un échec politique passé.
Elle veut un Maroc nouveau, fondé sur la justice, la dignité et la citoyenneté sincère, sous une seule bannière :
Dieu – Patrie – Roi.

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The National Human Rights Network (NHRN), faithful to the motto God – Homeland – King, is deeply concerned about the recent violent incidents in several Moroccan cities, including acts of vandalism, arson, destruction of public and private property, and dangerous attacks on police and gendarmerie facilities.
While the Network strongly condemns all forms of violence and disorder, it calls upon Morocco’s Generation Z to embrace peaceful and lawful protest, guided by national awareness and civic responsibility, in order to protect the nation’s stability and unity.
The Network warns that certain suspicious groups, linked to Algerian intelligence and the Polisario Front, have exploited young people’s frustration to incite chaos and tarnish Morocco’s image abroad.
Yet, the Moroccan people, with their awareness and faith, have thwarted these hostile plots, choosing reconciliation over hatred and reason over chaos, reaffirming their loyalty to their King and Homeland.
The Network commends the responsible actions of the Public Prosecution and the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Rabat, which have conducted thorough and scientific investigations, ensuring justice without abuse or arbitrariness.
Government Responsibility:
The National Human Rights Network holds the current government and the Minister of Health fully accountable for the worsening social crisis due to their disregard for citizens’ demands, lack of communication, and mismanagement of the health and education sectors.
Moroccan citizens now suffer from long waiting times in hospitals, a shortage of doctors and medical equipment, and deplorable conditions that have led some to label hospitals as “death centers.”
This tragedy is unworthy of a nation that upholds human dignity and justice.
Message to the Moroccan People:
Freedom of expression is a fundamental right, but freedom does not mean chaos.
Peaceful protest must serve as a means for reform, not as a tool for foreign agendas.
If Generation Z has taken to the streets out of social frustration, it now has the power to turn anger into constructive energy, restoring trust between citizens and the State.
Conclusion:
The true solution begins with:
Reforming the health and education sectors;
Fighting political and administrative corruption;
Holding failing officials accountable;
Preparing transparent and fair 2026 elections that reflect renewal and integrity.
Generation Z is now aware and discerning — it will no longer be deceived or accept failed leadership.
It seeks a new Morocco, built on justice, dignity, and genuine citizenship, under one unifying banner:
God – Homeland – King.
