بيان حقوقي دولي ووطني مشترك
باسم منظمة حقوق الإنسان الدولية وبصفتنا أعضاء داخل أجهزتها،
وباسم الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان،
نعلن للرأي العام الوطني والدولي ما يلي:
نطالب بالإفراج الفوري عن كافة الشباب المعتقلين على ذمة الاحتجاجات السلمية، إعلاءً لقيم الحرية والعدالة وصوناً للكرامة الإنسانية المكفولة دستورياً وكونياً.
نعبر عن استعدادنا للقيام بمراسلات دولية رسمية حول المساس بكرامة المواطن المغربي، وفضح كل الانتهاكات الحقوقية أمام الهيئات الأممية المختصة.
نؤكد أن هناك أيادٍ خارجية حاولت عبر صناعة مقاطع فيديو مفبركة ضرب مصداقية الوطن، في الوقت الذي ساهم بعض القادة الأمنيين والقوة المساعدة ـ باستعمال العنف ضد مسيرات سلمية ـ في فتح المجال أمام من لهم نوايا سيئة للإضرار بصورة المغرب.
نذكر بأن مطالب المحتجين تظل مشروعة وتتمثل في:
الحق في الصحة،
الحق في التعليم،
الحق في الشغل والعيش الكريم.
الشبكة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ترفع صوتها عالياً: لا أحد فوق القانون، وساعة ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة قد اقتربت.
إننا على يقين أن الشعب المغربي يضع ثقته الكاملة في جلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، وأنه ستكون هناك مفاجآت إيجابية قادمة لفائدة رد الاعتبار لشعبه الوفي.

Déclaration conjointe nationale et internationale des droits humains
Au nom de l’Organisation Internationale des Droits Humains, et en tant que membres de ses organes,
Et au nom du Réseau National des Droits Humains,
Nous déclarons ce qui suit à l’opinion publique nationale et internationale :
Nous exigeons la libération immédiate de tous les jeunes détenus en raison de leur participation à des manifestations pacifiques, en respect des valeurs de liberté, de justice et de dignité humaine garanties constitutionnellement et universellement.
Nous exprimons notre disposition à entreprendre des démarches officielles internationales concernant les atteintes à la dignité du citoyen marocain et à dénoncer toutes les violations des droits devant les instances onusiennes compétentes.
Nous affirmons que des mains étrangères ont tenté, à travers des vidéos falsifiées, de porter atteinte à la crédibilité de la Nation, alors que certains responsables sécuritaires et forces auxiliaires – par l’usage de la violence contre des marches pacifiques – ont ouvert la voie à ceux qui cherchent à nuire à l’image du Maroc.
Nous rappelons que les revendications des manifestants demeurent légitimes et consistent en :
Le droit à la santé
Le droit à l’éducation
Le droit à l’emploi et à une vie digne
Le Réseau National des Droits Humains élève haut sa voix : Nul n’est au-dessus de la loi, et l’heure de lier responsabilité et reddition des comptes est arrivée.
Nous sommes convaincus que le peuple marocain place toute sa confiance en Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI – que Dieu l’assiste – et que des initiatives positives viendront bientôt pour rétablir la dignité de son peuple fidèle.

Joint National and International Human Rights Statement
In the name of the International Human Rights Organization, and as members within its bodies,
And in the name of the National Network for Human Rights,
We declare the following to national and international public opinion:
We demand the immediate release of all young people detained for participating in peaceful protests, in the name of freedom, justice, and the safeguarding of human dignity, constitutionally and universally guaranteed.
We express our readiness to carry out official international correspondence regarding the violation of Moroccan citizens’ dignity and to expose all human rights abuses before the relevant UN bodies.
We affirm that foreign actors have attempted, through fabricated video clips, to undermine the credibility of the Nation, while certain security officials and auxiliary forces – through the use of violence against peaceful marches – opened the door for ill-intentioned parties to harm Morocco’s image.
We remind that the protesters’ demands remain legitimate and consist of:
The right to health
The right to education
The right to employment and a dignified life
The National Network for Human Rights raises its voice loud and clear: No one is above the law, and the time has come to link responsibility with accountability.
We are confident that the Moroccan people place their full trust in His Majesty King Mohammed VI – may God assist him – and that positive steps will soon be taken to restore dignity to his loyal people.
